How long does my order take?

We prepare orders in 1-3 business days. After that, the estimated delivery time is 5-12 days in Spain, 7-20 days in the European Union and 20-60 days in the Balkans (Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina). Few carriers reach the Balkans, which is why delivery times are longer there.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return it without giving a reason. Write to us at contact.homability@gmail.com with your order number and we will explain how to do it. See the return policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Write to us within 7 days of receiving it, with photos of the problem. We will resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.

Which countries do we ship to?

We ship to Spain, the countries of the European Union and the Balkans (Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Will there be extra customs or taxes?

For shipments outside the European Union, such as the Balkans, tariffs, taxes or import fees may apply according to each country's regulations. They are paid by the recipient.
